Getting Fit with GoTrybe

Photobucket

I am so glad Spring has arrived!  I feel like a slug throughout the winter months and am thrilled that pretty weather has finally arrived.  I would LOVE to have an exercise program designed just for me that I could actually stick with and enjoy.

My sweet High School Freshman has really taken an interest in getting in better shape and has been trying to come up with a workable exercise routine for herself.  When we were given the opportunity to try out GoTrybe, she was the first to volunteer!  How wonderful to be able to design your own program to promote a better you!

GoTrybe is an online program designed to offer supplemental material in the areas of fitness, nutrition, motivation and wellness where kids can put together a fitness regime that they enjoy and that motivates them to GET MOVING.  Kids are encouraged to

GO get Active, TRY something New and BE their Best!

Divided into three different age groups, GoTrybe offers customizable health programs with age-appropriate videos and activities for Kindergarten - 5th graders (called Zoodoos), 6th-8th graders (called Trybe180) and 9th - 12th graders (called NexTrybe).

A simple program to set up and sign into, I gave my daughter the instructions and let her create her own account.  She chose her username and password and quickly got started.  There were videos to watch about all aspects of good health  which coincided perfectly with her Health and Nutrition classes.  GoTrybe has been a positive reinforcement and she has found the exercises to be both enjoyable and challenging.

You can start your children on the road to better health and fitness by signing up online at GoTrybe now.  Regularly priced $39.95 a year, you can SIGN UP for only $19.95 a year by using the special code GETFIT.  There's even a very limited offer of 99 cents a month by using the code KIDSFITNESS.  Because this program is a web-based program, you will have to have a computer with an internet connection.  If you'll be exercising with a group, you'll want to have a projector on hand as well.  Check out GoTrybe by signing in for a FREE one day trial and see if it's a fit for your family's fitness goals.

~~I was given the opportunity to use and review GoTrybe as a member of the TOS Homeschool Crew.  The opinions stated are mine and mine alone.  I was not paid to share my thoughts and feelings with you.  I encourage you to check out the Crew Review and see what other members of the TOS Homeschool Crew thought of GoTrybe HERE.~~
