At the end of a little dead-end street in a small town in southwest Mississippi there sits a house that I call home.

It's the place where I've brought two new babies home from the hospital, hung stockings and decorated the Christmas tree, folded laundry, and chased children in the yard for 17 years.

It needs a little work, but it's served us well.

My house is messy, but my life is full.  I'm learning grace and teaching love.

He's a master mower and I appreciate that he keeps the yard looking good.

I've lived in Mississippi all of my life.  I graduated from high school here.  Went to college here.  Got married here.

My Mississippi is full of humid days drenched in magnolia blossoms and mosquitoes, sweet tea and biscuits, lightening bugs and watermelon, friends, family, and honeysuckle.  This is my home and I love it.
