Edible Thanksgiving Art: The Virtual Refrigerator

The Princess had an idea to make little Thanksgiving Turkey art out of pretzels and candy corn pumpkins.  It's such a cute snack idea, we thought we'd share.

Supplies Needed

The pumpkins were placed on top of a flat pretzel on the baking stone and then put in the warm oven to melt.

Starting to Melt

Once the little pumpkins had melted a but, we smushed then down with a fork.

She added a regular piece of candy corn for the turkey head and we were happy to gobble them right up.

Complete and Ready-to-Eat

I thought it turned out cute as a button and we enjoyed the salty/sweet/crunch for a quick snack.

I'm joining with the Virtual Refrigerator Blog Hop to showcase our edible Thanksgiving Art.
Be sure to visit and check out some of the other neat projects by some pretty great kids.
