With a cooler than usual morning, we thought a loaf of Pumpkin Bread would be the perfect "wake up and get school started" breakfast. This loaf turned out super-moist and DELICIOUS.
Made with pumpkin that I processed last winter, I'm thankful that my sweet friend taught me how to save fresh pumpkin for year-round treats. No cans here -- and boy was it worth the effort.
