Today's Culinary (crockpot) Creation

Here's what's simmering at our house:

Bar-B-Q Chicken

4 Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 bottle barbecue sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder

I threw this in my crockpot in the order listed, stirred it all together with a spoon, and put the lid on. My crockpot is cooking on low and ill uncover this goodness in about 5 hours and shred it with a fork -- right in the crockpot. We're eating it for supper on buns with baked beans and chips. I can't wait.
