Prayers for Japan

My heart is heavy as I pray for our friends and neighbors in Japan.  The pictures that are flashed on our television screen are simply devastating.

My MainMost posted his facebook status this morning and I feel the need to share:

The earth may quake and tremble but our GOD doesn't. Prayers to Japan.

He is exactly right.  GOD is still on the throne and HE is still in control.  I rest in that fact and pray for all those whose lives changed so quickly today.  May our foundations be grounded and may our prayers for our neighbors bring them PEACE that passes ALL understanding.
