Celebrating our FIRST DAY of School for the 2013/2014 year at Long Leaf Academy today. It's been a really good day and we've had fun together.
We started the day with breakfast and prayer. Then gathered together for Circle Time and discussed our school motto/theme for the year ahead. We talked about strengths and weaknesses and where we're headed together this year.
When we completed all the scheduled work, it was time for our First Day Photo Shoot.
Hard to believe they are REALLY this old.
And not to be left out (because it was her FIRST day, too) . . .
It's going to be a GREAT year. I just KNOW it.
This YEAR Has Great Potential.
